Refund policy
Items Purchased In Store
For items purchased in store we offer a refund or exchange within 5 days for items in new condition in their original packaging.Â
Items Purchased Online
For online orders we offer a 14 day return policy. After receiving your item you have 14 days to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return you can start one online or you can contact us at shoppe@purebyamimckay.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged within 15 days. After receiving your item(s) you have 15 days to request an exchange.Â
Refunds
We will notify you within 24 business hours once we’ve received and inspected your return from our online shop, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In store returns will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.Â
